Transition Opportunities at Loveland High School
Loveland High School provides a variety of in-school transition experiences to help students prepare for life after graduation. These opportunities include work-based learning and internships throughout the Loveland community.
Post-Graduation Transition Programs
For students who have completed all high school graduation requirements, the IEP team may meet to decide whether a transition program is an appropriate next step. Partner programs include:
- Great Oaks – Career X and Project SEARCH
- Hamilton County ESC – Pathways to Employment
- Warren County ESC – Transition Living Classroom
Planning for Life After High School
The IEP team collaborates with students and families to identify the pathway that best supports each student’s goals. Options may include:
- College or additional training
- Career placement
- Military service
- Adult living or community-based programs
